Celebrating Manufacturing Month, Vital Link partnered with industry leaders, school districts, and colleges to provide  students with immersive, hands-on exploration of modern manufacturing. The month-long initiative featured behind-the-scenes facility tours and direct Q&A sessions with professionals. 

 

By showcasing high-tech, high-purpose career pathways in these fields, the program dispelled outdated factory myths and connected the next generation with rewarding, high-demand skilled trades that support national workforce needs.
