Our MISSION is to create educational and informed career opportunities for all students by teaching state-of-the-art industry skills that combine academic knowledge and hands-on technical training.
 
Marina’s CTE Program prepares all students for College and Career Readiness. Our CTE courses provide students with access to career pathways, student internships, career exploration activities, leadership skills, and college planning tools.

CTE students take industry relevant classes connecting academics to real-world technical training. Their credentialed teachers are professionals who teach state approved curriculum and become the lifeline for students who are choosing careers and postsecondary education options.

Various systems: tires, brake suspension, lubrication, cooling, electrical fuel, emissions, drive trains, engines, electrical systems, electrical diagnostics, smog control.

In this computer science program the most important computer programs will be taught like C, JAVA, Maya, Unity 3D, Alice 3, Construct 2, and Game Maker by doing projects. College credit is available.

Construction

In our Construction Program you will learn building skills for wood & residential/commercial trades. Carpentry, wood-working, machine use, tool operation, electrical, plumbing, masonry & house construction trades. Hands on activities like blueprint reading, basic plumbing, glass, tile, flooring, drywall, carpentry, roofing repairs, & even a mock house build.

This Culinary Program teaches acceptable social practices in food serving, preparation & nutrition, safety, sanitation, measuring techniques, meal planning, knife skills by applying knowledge through cooking. Preparing stocks, sauces, pastries, and cultural foods.

Join this Entrepreneurship Program and learn how to create and operate a virtual business, determine the nature of the enterprise and its products, services and management structure. Current business software will be taught like Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, as well as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
