Support the Youth
We’re looking for leaders and innovators who are passionate about giving back: people who understand that today’s youth are tomorrow’s workforce, creators, and changemakers. By sharing your expertise, your story, and your industry insights, you help youth see what’s possible and take their first steps toward careers they may have never imagined. Whether you participate as a guest speaker, mentor, host for workplace tours, or partner on hands-on learning experiences, your involvement creates opportunities that can change a young person’s life. Together, we can bridge the gap between education and industry, spark curiosity, and build a stronger, more prepared generation of future professionals.
How to Get Involved
Providing internships and job‑shadowing opportunities gives youth meaningful exposure to the workplace. These hands‑on experiences are invaluable in career exploration and readiness, bringing our youth one step closer to their future careers.
- Lead engaging training sessions in Communication, Networking, and other career‑building skills
- Mentor youth in roundtable‑style networking sessions
- Conduct mock interviews to help students build confidence and real‑world readiness
Host a tour and introduce our youth to the exciting possibilities within your industry. Site visits give students a firsthand look at real workplaces, helping them better understand career pathways and envision the many opportunities available to them.
